What we collect

Chat, text, call and email: if you use the chat on this site, the name, phone number and messages you enter are collected through the GoHighLevel chat widget and delivered to the agent. If you call, text or email the agent directly, your carrier or email provider handles the message and the agent receives your number or address.

Analytics: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity may collect page views, approximate location, device and browser information, and the pages you visit. Analytics load only on the live site host, not on staging or preview hosts.

Cookies: analytics tools may set cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

How we use it

We use the information to answer your request, contact you about homes or rentals, understand how the site is used and keep it working. Trevino Properties, Inc. is the supervising broker for Aubree Chavarriga.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give your mobile number in the chat and accept the SMS consent shown there, or you text the agent, you agree that Aubree Chavarriga may text you about your real estate inquiry, such as replies to your request and showing or consultation confirmations and reminders. Consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out; you will get one confirmation and no more texts. Reply HELP for help, or call (818) 456-1696.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

California privacy rights (CCPA and CPRA)

If you are a California resident you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and ask us to limit its use. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
